HID's

HID's

In the Phillips brand HID kits, which # gives off that clean white look? Don't like purple & I'm trying to keep the CHP off my tail, so I'd like to stay away from the blue look. But clean crisp white, like some of the newer OEM HID's that are being used. Oh, and where can I find the Phillips HID kits cheap?

I know this may have been covered already, but please respond if you have any suggestions.

Not sure in the case of the gen 1-1.5 lamp housings, but in the case of the "projector" lamps in the gen 2 (my '04, anyway) even NORMAL daylight temp bulbs provide a "hint" of the blue/purple. I opted for 4500k to keep as CLOSE to white as I could (maybe 5400k, forget which) and I still have hint of blue, but no issues.
