what are you talking about? you need to have an 18' rim in the first place. :-?

Really? Gee, Gosh darn almighty, I didn't know you needed an 18" rim to fit an 18" tire. Wow! And all these years I thought a 17" tire properly fit on a 18" rim! But then again, I've never been able to figure out in what year the War of 1812 took place, either.

HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!!!

that is too much! I think I'm crying I'm laughing so hard.

You the MAN dad

but to answer the obvious question.

18s will fit within solara's wheel wells....you can only have like one inch of tire though.

Fugly.

I always have a feeling that Lexus uses those rims to hide the puny little brakes behind.

I don't know what's worse... ugly rims that show no brakes or pretty rims with puny brakes behind.

18x7 with 225/40/18 wont rub.. Are the stock Supra rims lightweight? They look kinda light, but then again some stock 16" rims are heavier than many 17-18 inch rims.

I run 18" 5Zigen Copse wheels with a 3" lowering and don't have any problems. I sure wouldn't put those Lexus wheels on anything. I'm glad you came to your senses. If I bought an SC430 that would be the first thing to go. I still don't know who at Toyota let those loose on a vehicle anyway. The bodies they come up with are beautiful but the wheels usually leave a little to be desired.

i beg to differ..... SC430 rims looks decent to me..but of course its IMO..
Alot of toyota rims just suffer from diameter sizing... If they could at least make my stock rollers an inch bigger I wouldn't be postng this..haha
No but really tho.. Nissan is gettin busy throwin 17-inch rims on everything whiiile Toyota likes to put 15in rims on every one of their entry level vehicles and the poor poor Lexus RX300(when it was being produced)

But seriously tho, 15in rims on an SUV?... Good Thing Toyota upped it up by two w/ the RX
