I'm looking to find a tranny that might possibly bolt right up to the engine like the stock auto... I was going to have a buddy of mine do the tranny re-build, but I don't have a hydrolic lift, which most no one does.. so... Looking for easier alternatives.... but does anyone know if the Supra 6-speed would match up???
thanks
Scott

This wouldn't be a problem if Level ten didn't want about 4500 to rebuild the SOB... if I have a friend do it... im sure they will say, It can't be done by anyone but our tech's... how stupid

I keep joking that we can build a Solara from the stuff he has in his garage... but it seems to be becoming more factual each time lol

I was going to have a friend of mine help me do the level ten tranny rebuild, but everytime I call level ten to get some hints and tips on how to do all of this.. they always result to saying... "just send it in and let us do it"... which is stupid becuase my friend is certified w\ auto trannys... and I call to see what is all in their kit, and they won't tell me, and say that the kit will not have all the parts that I need... so.. I was looking into maybe just a tranny swap... all I know is that i need to get my tranny either upgraded, or out of there so I can get the other horse that is lost... I have 246 at the wheels, w\ my auto, so if I get a decent tranny to put it to the ground, I should have lots more power..
thanks for all the help
