opinions on dual catback

I'm getting ready to do up the exhaust. I'm just wondering if I should change the cat to one of these since I'm going to split the exhaust anyways.
The cool thing is that it's OBD-II CARB compliant. Could this be an alternative to getting a custom y-pipe or would this even work/fit? BTW, I'm not sure if I'll ever get some headers, but I would like to get better flow through the cat. I'm just guessing that this would give me better flow with the s/c. I think I'm gonna go for this muffler or something similarI like the rolled edge, like the TRD muffler. But, will this fit on the driver's side?

If you jack the car up, you will find that there's almost no space for dual cat back.

Also, I don't think it will flow too much better than a single cat back setup. Reason: Now the exhaust gas will be go from the header and combine at the y-pipe, through the cat, and then seperate again.

i think twin pipes will look friggin awesome on our cars.

have you checked out remus mufflers? they have a nice selection of tip designs, and have sweet sound.

Finished today. Headers, Y-pipe, dual rear cat with Magnaflow mufflers with dual rear tips plus one resonator.

if you want the dual tip look get the muffler you want then have a shop custom weld two twin tips a pair of 2.5's or 3.0's will look nice. or you could always get a dummy muffler for the other side. anything else will be a waste of time.
