5sfe automatic tranny swap?

I have a 2001 Se Solara automatic and I wanted to know if anyone on here has done a 5spd tranny swap before. I am thinking about going with the E153 tranny, if anyone knows where I can get one relatively cheap it would be great, or if you have any other suggestions let me know. Thanks
