so... what are the symptoms??? im not going to do it again... but I want to know what the symptoms of the problem are so I know if I fu#ked up or not

I did... but I was wondering what the symptoms of cracking that piece were.. I used an impact wrench everytime I swapped them... so.. I was wondering if u cracked that what would go wrong

OK, I'm going to reply just out of common sense, not as an expert because I don't know for a fact (but I'm pretty sure I'm right :wink: ).

If the coupler broke, you would have no boost at all. The reason I say that is because the serpentine belt is what drives the supercharger. If those 3 little pins broke, the coupler would not be able to transfer drive from the pulley to the impeller shaft. In short, no compresion of air = no boost. -JoeB

/edit - By the way, I had to use an impact wrench to get my pulley off also and it was VERY tough for the impact wrench. BUT, I will never do that again after what Gadget said, it only makes sense.
