i would personally choose an 19" ACE Manta in Hyper Black =0) Thats what i have on my black one, but we fit them on my old bosses red 01, i think they looked better on his =0) Hyper black is just a colored in the lip which kind of color changes between black and polished. WWW.acealloywheels.com

I have 18's and i love em. best bet, as already mentioned, would be to go to cardomain.com and do a search. As for a better price on rims...sometimes you can catch companies doing sale prices as well as rim and tire packages, but it's usually hit or miss. You might end up spending more than you want.

*ahhem* I got my 18" Enkei RS6 rims and Yokohama AVS ES100 tires with only 7000 miles usage from someone on ebay for $560.00 (local pick-up) (Drove down 5 hours to pick them up hehe)
No bends and just one itsy bitsy scratch on one of them but you can't see it till you get close. Check ebay for some hot deals. If none then you can always check www.victoriatire.com for great package deals (19" too). I was going to get mines from victoria tire if I would not had run into this deal on ebay.

I was going for 19" package but I would have needed to wait more to save up.

I got my rims for 300 shipped from Ebay! Anyway, it all depends on what your preference and situation is...if you can go with low low pro's get 19's or 18's...if youre like me and need some padding get 17's with a lil more tired. What style rims do you like? I like a lot of spokes, so I got 15-spoke ADR Veloce's. I think tirerack has a site that shows you waht rims will look like on your colored car...if not I think someone posted that thing in the WebLinks section.

go no larger than 17's.

that way, you will have more tire to absorb the shock of the pothole

go with 17s then... and you can still pass with 225/50/17 tires with your drop of struts and springs... as to absorb the potholes

If $400 for TRD rims is expensive, honestly I dont think you can afford to put rims on right now. Or to fix the rim, those rims are real soft.
