I've got a greddy evo on my 99 solara sle v6 and I am dissapointed in the lack of sound the damn thing makes. Does anyone have the same affliction? If so, what did you do to remedy it?

Also, I know this stupid guy that keeps telling me "it's the car and not the exhaust, toyotas are built to be quiet."

If you're an automatic, it'll be quieter than a 5spd. My fav sounding exhaust for a while was my JIC. It was noticably louder than my Greddy.

you should have asked around on the forums prior in purchasing the exhaust.

i had it once before and it was too quiet for my tastes. i moved onto JIC, which still did not satisfy my tastes.

each person is different.

Get custom exhaust with 3" diameter with no center section resonator. I am sure that will be loud enough for you.....

Greddy evo is known street legal, therefore it is quiet. it is under 95 db

Give it a few days, the exhaust will get a little louder as it gets broke in. Mine got noticable louder after I got the S/C also.
