You might have water getting into the connection or a wire partially stripped on the harness or connector. This is what happened to my camry and I just went to the salvage yard, picked up a new connector, and soldered it on to the stock headlight wires with heat-shrink wrap, so it was definitely secure. Also be sure not to touch the bulb with your bare fingers, because the oils in your skin will damage the bulb and may cause them to burn out faster.
