Yes, 7th Gen Celica hub.

And you will really have to be creative to get your horn back.

The back of the hub has a gold-colored plating, which is to be used for + terminal of the horn button. After disconnected the airbag and everything, you will have 4 lines on the plug. Find the one that has a constant flow of 12V even when the car is off, then you have a horn line. Then you will have to tap into this line with a 20gauge wire, and fabricate something so that when everytime you turn the wheel, this wire will be rubbing the back gold-colored plating. This is the only way I found that works. I went on multiple Celica forums and almost none of them had a clue on how to make the horn work.
