i know i know this question has been asked again and again...and yes i have searched....
but i still dont know how people made there own mesh grills...


Do you have to cut out the skinny middle bars?
How do you attach it onto the actuall outside frame?(if you have to cut out the little bars.)


Thats all for right now...FLASH i would especially like to know how you finished yours.

its a biiiitch to custom make it and keep the middle bar... but i loved it more than removing it...

wtf that grill is clean....that the grill i want now.....what did you attach the mesh to on that?

muahaha good luck with that though! i'm still tryin' to find some good mesh. anybody know a good hardware store to check?

the Lowe's down here sells a good thick mesh, but it's only about 2 feet worth.
