Anyone have any unique mod ideas? Like, something unusual and different? I'm always looking!

There's plenty of mod's you can do......just depends what type of look you going for. Is it for looks or is it for speed ? ? ? ?

Either way here are some mods ;

Short Ram or Cold Air Intake
Shocks & Struts
Lowering Springs
or Coilovers

New set of wheels
Exhaust
TRD Bodykit

.......its all about your preferences and what you want to do with your car & how you wanna spend your cash.

How about air suspension and some Advan wheels? :D

Or plan B, which is to have neons lights flash whenever your bass hits. The design direction would be a ciricle neon tube wrapped around the subs to show off the subs when they hit...

As memory recalls, the Silverstreak Solara had this Air suspension kit. He might be the only one. (I really don't know, just guessing  )

Hopefully this stuff isn't to crazy  for your taste. 8)

I know you're wanting unique, but the best mod for your ride as far as appearance IMO is the TRD kit. You will not regret it.

If you still want unique, well...that all depends on your pocketbook

^^^^ If you wanna be unique....then I say do conversions that haven't been done on the Solara and that doesn't include the S15 headlight conversion b/c that has been done already.

....here's an idea.......convert parts of the body of a 2n Gen to a 1st Gen Solara.

....can't exactly be that much different from the rest since there are a lot of SolaraGuy members....each with there own ideas and projects done to there rydes.

Thanks everyone! I see a lot of good ideas. Heres what it looks like for anyone interested:

Image

The bug guard is to protect the paint and to go with my black/red theme. Not for rice purposes! Think it looks good. The bodykit it iffy to me because I don't want it to chip, break from hitting the ground, etc. Looks good though. And trying to make the car look like a 1st and 2nd generation solara would be great! Springs and such will come later! :D Thanks again everyone!
