Cutting Exhaust bolts...
So I'm finally gettin to installing my catback and put my car on ramps. I was under my car for a solid hour and a half trying to get the stock bolts off. Five years of northeastern weather has not been kind to it, and thier sickly rusted. Any attempt to get themoff is just chipping the nut/bolts. I hear this is a pretty comon problem.
Question I have is for you guys who DIYed your own exhausts and had rusted bolts that you couldnt get off, did you bring it to a shop to the bolts cut or cut it yourself? If you cut it yourself, what did you use? Im lacking in cutting tools right now except for household stuff for drywall, so anything I need to cut it myself I'll need to buy but I dont have an issue spending money on tools if itll be useful in future things as well. What do you recommend I buy to cut them? Or should I drill them?
Thanks in advance
