front strutbar is a no brainer. Remove the 3 nuts from each side, install the strutbar as one unit, and reinstall the 3 nuts.

Rear, just install the same way it comes out. There is a total of 4 bolts, and 2 nuts at the endlinks. Only hard part about the install is prolly getting the bar over the exhaust. Some have to take it out, and like me, you just gotta take your time and find a way through. I just had to take our my driverside tire. Hope that helps.

RSB http://www.toyotaaccessory.com/store/in ... 30-010.pdf

FSTB You just remove the 4 nuts holding the stock one. . . and the stud that is closest to the engine you will have to put a washer that is included to prop it up a bit so it will stand right. . . Than installing this you will need 2 more nuts since it uses 6 nuts now. . . after you tighten all the nuts just tighten the screw where the bar is connected to the end
