I do not have any money at the moment for aftermarket stuff, but I will soon and I would like to know what is out there.

The first thing that I do to any of my cars is Headers and CAT-back, because this sets up the car for other mods.

I looked but i could not find any headers, thought I did find many CAT-back systems. Maybe you guys here know something that I don't. I also need CARB legal headers because here in NYC they are going to adopt california emmisions.

What is a good option for struts and shocks?

Yeah like he said above.
Most people go wit TEIN and TOKICO setup.
It should be around $600 for hte setup.
But i would get rims first then drop it.

Yeah, JP Performance makes headers, but I don't think they are CARB approved. There's not much you can do there, but you can get their y-pipe. I've got the y-pipe and when I need to smog, I'll just swap it out for the stock pipe. This is much easier than having to swap out the headers, although it can be done. Unfortunaately, I haven't been able to get the headers...yet
