hey what's up all?? i have a TRD quickshifter installed on my car, the first couple of days were ok, I could feel the difference in the throws but now it seems that throws have gotten longer, as if it were a stock shifter. Is there some kind of screw that needs to be tightened or something??

Pop the trim plate off and check it out. It's all mechanical connections.

It could be your just used to the new shifter. In additon to looking at the connections where your TRD shifter is installed, take a look at the point where the "bar" of the shifter fits into the "Ball." It could be that the bar is climbing out of the ball. In addition if you'd like to make the shift even shorter, you can remove the shifter and hammer the bar further down into the ball (shortening your shift even more). Be cautious doing this though, if you knock it the wrong way, or to far in, you can limit the balls ability to apply compression to the bar, making the whole thing useless.

Hope all works out.
