ok guys i got my spacer installed and what a b**** it was and i get into my car and turn it on and as soon as it turns over it shuts off i took it off and it runs fine again whats wrong i checked all my connections

dbl check the maf and all connectors as well as the intake rubber connectors
I had no problems instant start up noo idle issues ect

yeah i checked all my connections. this is going to sound really like a newbie but the maf is behind the intake right

I need to know a few things did you take out the bottom studs and replace them with bolts of sizes recomended in the origional TB thread. Also did you use both gaskets.

midas does the HVS work and if so can you feel the difference...just noticed it in the pic and i remember seeing one on another page.

yeah i used the 70 mm bolts and both gaskets i really havent had time lately to work on it anymore i guess i will just try it again

Did you installed the MAF sensor backwards...
It has happened to ppl in the pass. Try turning it around and see if that works.

Did you install the injen at the same time (miss a vacume line backwards maf ect.)

No need for the throttle extender plate

i checked my gaskets and one of them had been bent so that when i bolted it in it would bend so that a leak would be made in the intake. so i like just redid the install and made sure that a seal was made.
