i just read something in racingstories about a 99 sle vs a grand am and someone named sto said soemthing ... in your picture where the woodgrain usually is you have brushed aluminum type look ... where did you picvk that up? looks nice :o

Urethaned brushed aluminum bezels are available for the Solara, I have them in my car. Unfortunately, I don't know where to get them as they were installed when I bought the car and I've never seen them anywhere else. I'll try to get some pics so you can see them.

mebbe it was the lighting but that almost looks silverish-gold? Kind of comparable to the toyota lunar mist? paint color or is it just really silver ... either way looks great!

It is a combination of the lighting and the urethane on the brushed aluminum. The urethane is quite thick and must be refracting the flash on my camera. The picture of the bezel around the stereo/climate control gives the best depiction of what it looks like.[/quote]
