i brought this topic up awhile ago and was pretty much told i was wrong. i brought up the topic of putting a tranny cooler in my manual v6. everybody said you dont need one. Wrong. if you drive your car hard and race. it sure the hell wont hurt............. im a tranni R&R mech at pacific NW transmission. i asked our rebuilder what he thought bout it and he said its a great idea. clutches or not, parts wear when they get too hot. HERE is a pic of the unassembled tranni. it actually has a cooler assembaly and oil pump .

Thats some good info. I always see posts here about trans work for the autos. I wasn't sure if there was any such thing for the manual. Now I know.
