im lookin for wires for my v6 and I heard Magnacore are the best, but also that they are over kill. If I got the NGK blue's would those be good, and not mess the eletrical system up? someone said once that a certain brand wouldn't work because of a feature that the solara has... which is the best to get and where is the cheapest/best to get those?
thanks Scott

i'm gettin' NGK's in a little while. i'm just waiting for the shipment to come in. NGK's will do fine, but i think magnacore wires are really good too. either or. NASTY (i think) said that the magnacore wires are overkill and not really necessary.

Well...On our platform upgrading spark plug wires in general is overkill. Its more of a security blanket to ensure you are getting a good spark, but obviously the stock ones work fine. They are more of a cosmetic upgrade.

Magnecor makes the KV85 wires which are red (8.5MM) for around $120-150

The NGKs are blue and should only be $50-75
