jim's fuel mod installed...whats that noise?

Hey guys, just installed the torque rod, walbro 190 fuel pump and jims fuel kit today...the car ran pretty shakey for the first 5-10 minutes, then ran fine.

However, I noticed a high pitched squeal from the fuel kit. what could this be? I wiggled the hose that connects the front and rear rails and it seemed to change the pitch of the squeal, but it is still there.

There are no fuel leaks either...what could be wrong?

I think it's just the pump itself....I have the same thing, but it's more of a high pitch wine rather than a squeel.

I thinks its the Walbro pump, Camry SC walbro 190, Jims fuel

I've been running Jim's mod and the pump for years now and I've never heard any such sound. You better do some more checking..

its more of a ringing... its the pump

yeah, I thought it was just the pump too...but I figured I would hear the noise coming from the back seat more than the engine bay. everything is running great, so I'll just keep an eye on it and see what happens.

When you put Jim's mod on you didn't get a slight kink in the line did you?

My "jim's Fuel mod" doesnt make any noise like that....

so yea, ur pump.
