Just got my VIS cf hood....

Postby krazeee1707 » Sun May 18, 2003 10:36 pm

I just rec'd my VIS cf hood. Looks nice, the mesh looks tight. One question for you other cf hood owners. I noticed thier is no hole for my shock things to go into. Do I have to drill it so I can put them in? Was vis SUPPOSE to have the hole for it, or do I just leave it out. I'm going to wait until I get my hood pins in to install it. Need your help on this one guys.

Yea, I haven't installed it yet. Oh yea, Chris, needed to know what other type of drilling that i need to do for installation. I thought it would be an exact fit. I see now that i need to do some drilling. Anything else i need to worry about, besides the hood pins??

I really think we should do something about it. It delayed for half a year already. Ask him if he would give us free hood pins, for safety and for apology. i really hate people treat we solara people as big time sucker

after my final test, i am going to request refund.

Yea, Vis sent it out. I went through a group buy and I was surprised that my hood was shipped out with the rest of the hoods b/c I was informed that my hood was on back order. I haven't tried to fit it on yet, but when I do, I'll post some pics.
