Camshaft Questions

Ok I have been doing research on this for about 2 months and I don’t feel that I am much wiser than when I began. I have been considering purchasing a set of more aggressive camshafts for my 5S-FE and have been looking at the ones @ http://www.webcamshafts.com/ . They offer two grinds, one of which is for street, the other for strip. Needless to say I would go with the street grind.
Now the questions begin:
1. Could I use these shafts in conjuncture with forced induction?
2. What sort of gains could I expect? (A guy on TN said he bumped up like 20whp.)
3. $900, $600 if you can afford the down time, is a pretty affordable price for a part. Why don’t I hear about more of the 5S guys doing this?
4. How much do you think the install would be? Would I need other parts to go with these?
