I had a thought..... (wOW thats a first ) Y couldnt you hook up steel braided hose to one of the tubes (coolant intake side) on the throttlebody and run it to a bottle of Co2. The other tube on the throttlebody could be routed somewhere else so it doesnt get sucked in to the intake. The coolant area inside the TB would be big enough for the CO2 to expand thus cooling the TB and the air coming in. I dont think it would get cold enough to freezze the TB due to its thickness.
I dunno just a thought. Please dont cut me down too hard for this guys.

I switched mine back to stock for the winter because it keeps the butterfly valve from icing up and I think it helps keep the idle steady. It's not incredibly difficult to do but there is not a lot of room to work. I won't bypass it again because I did not notice any gains in normal operating conditions.
