That is a very ambiguous question... The 02-03 ones are "clear" the 99-01 ones aren't clear? I thought that was just age setting in... the "frosted" look... =x At least, I think that's what you're refering too... and No, the 02-03 fogs don't fit into the 99-01 Solara.

Are you talking about the ripples in the lenses? I have not seen an aftermarket fog lamp housing yet, but it is cool sounding idea. Maybe we could get some projector headlamps too, if any of you aftermarket light companies happen to read this

There actually was a guy out there who already custom made his headlights into projector lights!!! He had the car for sale... cant find the thread, but I remember flipside commenting on it hahah you know him

I know that was an off topic answer, but regarding the fog lights, yes all the solaras have clear fog lights, but the 99-01 have little ripples in them. It def would be nice to get clear ones though. Then again, they're "fog lights" and NOT projectors haha
