You know what will help make our cars lighter? "carbon fiber doors" haha. Bet that will cost a fortune haha. :lol:

Hahah forgot about that. How about fenders? that would work right? im guessing thats around 500 thuogh too. Fast car does comes at a price.

I'm interested in cf trunk with cf oem wing. 8)

btw, hey, see if they will also make these in cf!! Its ventvisors for our door openings where you attach to the top so on rainy days you can roll the window down a tab bit and no rain will drip into our inner door panel. I'm sure many of us had that happened and its annoying as hell. Anyways, check out the link.

^I've had those ventvisors and they aren't that great. You can barely crack your window open during any rain. If you notice they are very small, because you won't be able to close your door if they were any bigger. Not worth it in my opinion, but I've seen some cool ones in Japan. There were some cars that also didn't have a frame around the window, but they had ventvisors that went out a bit more (straight out), so there was more coverage.

Ahh, nice, maybe that idea of sticking outwards can be incorporated into the custom cf ventvisors... if in fact anyone would ever make them for Solaras..

only thing i can add to this topic is that a newer integra spanked the crap out of me the other night and it had a cf hatch, looked pretty clean with the type r yellow and the type r wing. ya.. cf trunks for the solara would be tight, i need it
