XERD headers!!!!!! groupbuy!!!!!

I have been getting e-mails about this issue and i wasn't even aware of it.

I dont know what info you guys were given but here is the deal.

We made the Solara parts based on interest. Once it came down for people to put their money where their mouth is only 2 people put deposits down.

Since this was such a low volume interest the production was pushed back. One person canceled his order through paypal and got his money back.

The other person i was in e-mail contact with for a long time and when the headers finally came in he was no where to be found. Never answered his e-mails and he never gave me his phone number so i didnt know how to reach him. I was waiting for him to contact me but never did. This was the only person who paid in full by money order.

There is no one else that ever put any money into this product so i dont know where your information coming from.

I am only here now posting because this thread was pointed out to me by some of you guys.

All of those who claim they put a deposit down and didnt get their money back please post here and lets get this out of the way.

I am only here to take care of any problems if there are any, nothing else.

I am not here to argue, i am here to figure what is the problem. If this will turn into any type of bashing i wont even bother to come back here and post anything.

BTW, if that was true why is XERD still in business? Go to the car forums where XERD actually makes parts for and ask people if they ever had any problem with XERD.

eyal, why dont we just resolve this in the most civil manner possible without bickering from anyone. if you are truly here to try and redeem yourself great, if not, then dont even bother. just for once try and do what is right. im not bashing you or anything just trying to look out for my fellow solaraguys... would there be a way so that you can send a check or other for of payment to the guys that got ripped off? how can we handle this in the friendliest nammer? the last time that we had everything going, you just fell off the face of the earth.


back to the topic at hand though...im not gonna be dealing with the actual XERD company, im dealing with a distributor that another member from solaraguy got his XERD headers. im gonna want some type of proof that he has them before any type of money is collected. the prices that im quoting are less then what eyal was quoting for us in the beginning. so what do you guys think? what would you all like for me to do? would you like for me to go ahead with the groupbuy, or would you like to wait to see if eyal keeps his word when it comes to the refunds....? let me know guys....

I dont know you, are you a dealer? How can you offer a group buy on this product? I am a little confused on that issue (not trying to pick a fight.)

I wasn't trying to pick a fight before either but dont expect me to sit here and seem like a crook or something i am not. I am here because someone pointed out this thread to me. I was not aware of what was going on here.

I stopped posting here because of lack of interest. I did everything i promised and created parts for the solara, i posted pictures and dyno sheets. I got only 2 deposits on the headers and one of them ended up canceling.

Why would i keep coming around here? I run a business and this was a waste of my time. I didnt complain to anyone, i just didnt have a reason to keep posting here and trying to persuade people to purchase anything for their Solara. I sell enough of other parts so i apologize if it seemed i disappeared but that wasn't the case. I was always either an e-mail or phone call away for those who were serious and were interested in any of the parts.

Don't expect me to sit here and let people attack me who dont even know what they are talking about. I have read a few posts on this site today and it seems that a lot of people think i have ripped off "MANY" people on this site. This is far from the truth and i dont plan on explaining things that never happened, only things that did.

From my first post you can tell i am here to resolve any issues that some claim they have, nothing else.

So at least show respect to the fact i am here to "resolve" issues.

I am not here to just post for the hell of it, i thought i made it clear i am here to resolve an issue if there is one.

I also have proof from paypal about the refund that was made when one order was canceled so before anyone jumps the gun on me, please notice that i am here to clear things up

All I remember is you getting interest from potential buyers and that's it... a few months later everyone was asking where the product was and bitching (few months ago, don't remember who was bitching)...

Well... since you're here now, we may as well start a new thread and have the dealer (NAPerformance) post up the Dyno sheets and pictures and prices and help the Solara community and both business get some profit...

The old story is that the guy complaining from SolaraGuy called your existing number (from the old post?) and it was found to be disconnected... then the flame wars began and you didn't post/or whatever the story is and now we're here...

Actually... you should probably post up all the spec sheets and have the dealer, under the same thread (create a new one) take the head count and process the consumer end of the deal... that should make more people happier...

thats what i propsed before you even began telling your whole thing as to how you feel attacked. i find it funny how you always feel "attacked" though. first it was with danny and the CAI and now its with me. maybe if everything was legit then you wouldnt feel attacked. as for the businness at hand, why dont you create your own thread and begin to conduct and resolve your business and leave this thread alone? i hope that im not being too harsh, i just did not appreciate the way that you singled me out when you were being called a crook by a lot of people; i never called you a crook.

the company that i have the groupbuy with is NA performance. i have everything setup so that now all we have to do is show some intrest. i know that some people are weary, but if it can go through and i can get all the info and all the kinks out this should (hopefully) go off without a hitch. SHOW SOME INTREST GUYS...

well... since Eyal has made a few posts and shown he still exists (lol) start a new thread and have Eyal explain the misunderstanding and have NAPerformance quote the quantity needed along with a price.

This way you have all 3 parties involved... manufacturer rebuilding his credibility in the forum, a middleman to help with the group buy, and a Solaraguy that will communicate with the middleman to make sure the orders are put through smoothly and everyone receives his product.

A mod will eventually lock the thread... so put it up in the Gen 1/1.5 Sale section... perhaps:
