The TL projectors are bixenon meaning theres a solenoid that moves the shield to direct light above the cut off. No dual filament bulb involved. The gen1s headlight is too small for two projectors anyway. Good luck and have fun aiming!

I wont be retrofitting the projectors in the headlamps thats pictured. I will only be using those for the shrouds on my TL projectors. Hope this clears things up a bit.

The best way I found to take the healight apart is to use a heat gun. Right now i'm about half way done I just need to dedicate a full day to finish, keep posting as many pics as you can.

I never used a heat gun, but the oven works super fast. Pre heat to 350 shut off the power, wait five minutes then place ONE headlamp in over for about 5-7 minutes with a sheet of foil on top to prevent any burning to too much direct heat exposure. Pull out of oven with gloves or mittens and pry away. Repeat heating procedure as necessary but I've been good with doing it just with one shot. Ohh it also helps if you have like a pocket knife. This helps when you're prying and the adhesive won't split apart, kinda like chewing gum it stretches a bit before it seperates, the knife helps to cut it so you don't have to stretch the lens too far from the headlight. Pry evenly too you don't want to completely pry one end while the other end is still locked into the groves, you can crack the lens or the headlight, you'll know what I'm talking about when you're doing it. Just go slow.

Here's another helpful hint if you want to seperate the the reflector from the housing you will need to knock the plastic cap on the top adjustment screw, then just turn counter clock-wise, after you turn both of the adjument screws, you will need a long Flat-head screwdriver to pop the ball joint out of the socket. Just be carefull you don't want to break anything

I was thinking about that but with different projectors. Not sure how that would come out due to the type of lens of the fog light.

Sand the lens down to make it clear. You've seen to tutorial for that with the gen3 Camry headlights right? Pretty sure is on TN.
