The car will be on hold until further notice. No time for games now.

Take care fellas.

Are you on reserve somewhere here in the US? You're not going to IRAQ are you? Which ever, God speed for a quick return & thanks for your support.

As for the tips, it's always an expression of personal style. These TRD tips are not round though. They are oval. There's no right or wrong. A dual wall square-ish tip is possible, but difficult to roll the edges together. So you'd have a hard time finding one. Example: The new Lambo LP640 has a single center mounted tip which is dual walled with glass wool insulation.

Ouch Jon! LOL. Such is the life of a Pipe-Geek.

You're right. This stuff is not complicated. The Marketing Dept of companies love to sell new gagets claiming huge gains that never come. (Our company included) This is normal for the aftermarket.

Question

Postby JMSinMaryland » Fri Jun 23, 2006 8:16 am

Couldn't you model an ideal system for our vehicles with all the computer software you have at work so 'we' could take the specs to a manufacturer and ask them to build it according to those specifications? In my flawed logic I would assume a true dual system running separately off each bank would be ideal to one that merges? Without frying my mind with math/science how incorrect am I?

I like the idea. I have no experience, access to or drawings of a Gen1 but I can support this for Gen2.
