It's going on 6 weeks now. They said it would ship next week, but we'll see. (I've heard that before.)
Something about the extremely high humidity in Cali now. They are having problems with the ceramic coating. You would think that if their ceramic coater couldn't do ANY coating in over a month, they would be out of business.
I tried to cancel the order.
They said because these are custom made, that you couldn't.
And didn't want to have to be an ahole to get my money back.
Hopefully they will have better customer service in the future.
Very disappointed.
