Help Choosing Replacement Tires....

Postby platypusfetch » Sat Dec 16, 2006 9:48 am

i ran Yok's on my Dodge Avenger when i used to have it. ( sold it to get the Solara:) ) I really liked how they handeled. Fairly quiet, great Highway tire. No excessive wear issues. Good in both Rain and Snow. ( although I didn't really roll them for too long in the snow, seeing as how I had dedicated snow tires/rims. ) No complaints with Yokohama skins from me.

Just before I buy my new tires, another question, my current size is 215/55/16 on my stockies.......how much can I play do I have with the Width and sidewall size? as in, making it wider or narrower? ....higher or lower? and still fitting the wheel......

Cuz I noticed a slight change in one of the measurements, lowers or spikes the price of the wheel.....
