PIAA or Silverstar ?

When I first changed my bulbs, I went to silverstars and that was about 2 years ago and they still work. Of course I don't have them in now since doing the HID kit, I never had a problem with them.

I'm really not sure why everyone's knocking the Silverstars - my only guess is that they mishandled the bulbs. I've never had a problem with the Silverstars - I've got the Ultras for my low-beams and the regular Silverstars for fogs. They're damn good lights, if you ask me, and cheaper than the PIAA. If you can afford the PIAA lights, save a bit and go HID.
