how bad is the glare for oncoming drivers without projectors on the stock solara headlights? Id consider it but I think Im going to wait until I complete a projector retro before ordering HIDs...

I support you though xavier 8)

the glare isnt that heavy. I have a pic of my techone HIDs on my cell phone. not that good but it's alright.

I can take better pics tomorrow if you'd like when I'm out with my car buddies..

with 6 month warranty.

I had McCullochs' before in 6000K but went to TechONe with 8000K and actually it lights up the road just fine and i prefer the techone's over the McCulloch's but that is just me.

the owner of the shop who own's a skyline has techone's in his car and has had them in there for well over 2 years i think without any issue.

Free bump for xavier.

--> sidenote. if anyone around the chicago area wants discounts on the techone HIDs at around $160-200 just PM me. [this is for the low beam only]

the guy w/ the skyline wouldnt happen to be Joey from TOP SPEED, would it jeff? i'm surprised that he left them for that cheap cuz hes usually REALLY expensive. hmmmm makes me wonder...
almost there...what do you think?

it IS Joey from Top Speed. but that is all speculation. I heard that is what he has in his car. I never heard from him in person. I have to head back there on Tuesday to help my friend with his cobalt get hids into his projectors as well...

his skyline is pretty sweet though..

Ill update the first post with pictures. As far as pricing, the more people that are in, the better the price becomes. On single orders I cant go lower than 179 + shipping though. If you can get them cheaper, let me know cuz Im always looking for better deals! :)

From my personal experience, the single, dual filament HID bulbs are worthless. The high beams didn't do anything, and finally did my own work on the housing to make it a single filament bulb and it's brighter than the dual filament bulb ever was, with both low and high beams.

Do these have the shields under the blub and blocks the glare from the bottom of the bulbs..???

If it doesn't your going to have glare problems....

Why do you all have to argue to krawzyazn?? I dont get it.. If you are are so afriad of his comments and on what he has to say about a product maybe you shouldn't be selling things on the forum.

Everyone has there comments good and bad..

dont start the way on??? (insert name here) to comment...
Seems pretty immature to me esp since you both own a business...

We are all here trying to help each other out.. Just wanted to point to others that there are better deals out there.. I would personally never go with the duwl Hi low HID with the Halogen.. Only the ones that have the HID for both hi and low beam other wire dont do it at all..

riiiiight LOL come on man, can't take a joke... but aint it the truth... show me one thread where someone else is trying to sell something and you don't make a negative comment 8) and i promise not to ever say anything to you ... but whatever man, i actually don't mind when you do add ur .02, it's a free bump  and harmless....

and about the GB, come on guys... you've seen what Kevin was able to do with the kits GB, the price started a bit high but as people became more interested and actually PAID, he was able to get a heck of a deal.... I'm sure if enough people show some interest and pay up on time, Kevin can work something out with techone.

I as well would like to comment on the kwazy thing. If his post in this thread had been constructive, all would have been good, but it was "tech one is garbage" which does not strike me as constructive. You are right Kenny, we are business owners and I do know profesionalism but I also know when someone consistently trashes my threads. I respect Mark as a member and what he has going on. I just wish the same was true with him. If you see me trash his sales threads, then throw me in the firing line but you really wont find me trashing others sellers threads.

Anyways, the hids do have cutoff shields to prevent glare but we all know that there is no substitute to prejector hids. This is just a budget friendly solution to forward lighting.

Guys - lets try and keep it civil.

Mark if you think that they're garbage, provide some evidence to prove it.

Xavier - Chill out. Instead of attacking individuals, defend your product.
