Yes they can hell you can with a 5 dollar harbor freight tool but all shops can

This guy auta do It but if a shop is installing let them do it. Remember do a little at a time.

Ive got a welder and pipe cutter at home. The only thing holding me back is that the pipe is not a slip fit otherwise it would be on the car by now. Thanks I see if I can pick on up tommorrow.

Well I got it on and drove about 500miles already with it. Wasnt happy so I cut it off already and just threw in a straight pipe. Not much louder, but its got a deeper tone now and it seems to produce a healther sound. So now I guess Im more happy with it. The glass pak sounded no different than the stock resonator.
