I second this... I have a magnaflow with a bigger resonator with 2 inch pipes. Theres no high pitched sound most imports make...less weedeater type noise...Its just perfect, ever for a 4 cylinder.

Bringing this back up. Gonna work on my exhaust in the near future. Been eyeing mufflers and most of the the ones that grab my attention from Magnaflow and Borla have 2.25 inlets. Will this be majorly restrictive for an otherwise 2.5 setup or will it be neglible? Oh and if anyone knows of any y pipes being sold I'll prob. be intersested. Id like to go with JPP headers back, but wont do that till boosted, so just gonna go with the y pipe for now

bump. so 2.25 inch inlet gonna be that much restrictive? Looking to order my muffler tomorrow and get the exhaust made up possibly friday evening. Just gonna focus on the catback for now. Not sure if a high flow cat is gonna net any improvement
