Alight i got it rolling right.

The spring was a bit too compressed, so for sure the spring rate would be much higher. Got the height to what i wanted and its good now.

The front is rubbing the knobs but i bent those back and it holds the fender guards.

In short: Adjust your dampening knob. Make sure the spring is adjusted correctly. Get the height and it'll be all good.

I have the FLT-TAR's.... had to adjust the dampening to like 5, NYC roads suck, and dont even think about going on the BQE, or you will definitely be crying.

I've had these on for 4 months, and have had no issues.

^ wow, you're a trooper...

I've just recently got the k-sports on my car with custom spring rates (10Kg and 7Kg) at about half stiffness and it hurt frequently just to drive from TO to CT....I'm half afraid to bring it into the city right now lol...the FDR will give me hell for sure
