Customization help and parts needed!

I think worst case would be rod knock and best would be a heat shield. A better description of the noise, location, does it go away, is it only when the engine is cold ect.. Is needed.

Well here's a little update on my car lately:
New set of tires. Some Touring T/As.
Reached 80000 today.
Rear struts are making thudding sounds particularly in the right.

And later this month it's due for:
Oxford Burlwood dash trim
TRD accessories.
New wheels
Tune up to check that knocking problem
And suspension work all around. probably a front strut brace.
