xtreme is so much better and faster no to mention easier. with the lower grades, you really need to get the surface sparkling clean..........a good gallon of acetone and a brush , and please wear a mask and start scrubing. with xtreme, simply wash down the area and your go to go. It really does make a huge difference if done properly

here's some pictures of my complete system. i didnt have the energy to take pictures of the install cuz i just wanted to get it done as soon as i could.

here's the amp and cap wired up in the spare compartment. its bolted down to the center of where the spare went. you can see the bold on the top left of the amp. and there's foam under that board to keep it nice and steady/smooth during bumpy rides.

Image

here's the amp and cap covered/hidden from the world, only to be heard, not seen. =)

Image

the infinity's sittin nice and snug in the 6.9 compartment. perfect fit, but i had to drill new holes for the screws

Image

the mb quarts also hidden behind stock grills.

Image

the head unit sittin nice and pretty in my console

Image

the wires entering the engine bay. (yes, there's a grommet there)

Image

the terminal....messy job, but it works. i need a new battery terminal, this one didnt have enough holes.

hey! thanks for the comments. as for sub and amp, that shall come later. and the placement will still be hidden. the amp will join the current amp in its hidden headquarters and i'll be adding a 10" sub between the 6x9's. will this work? i heard something about putting a 10" in that spot earlier. if not, i'll probably get a 12" in a box and have it be moveable and unpluggable so i can take it out whenever i need to.
