this is where i got them . . . most likely the best price too:http://www.apexr1.com/unmuf.html

The HKS Carbon-Ti's will run you about $425 if you can get hooked up . . . but that's just for one muffler. I used to have the HKS Titanium muffler on my Prelude, either way these mufflers are SICK!

magnaflows and thermals if you can still find them are loud. truthfully if i hadnt gotten a really good deal on a trd muffler i would have made my car much louder. :drinking:

get another car if you want a loud exhaust, I deleted my cat and put on a magnaflow and it sounds like a nascar (my ralli art). I have the same setup as you on my solara, but the SC makes it a lot louder, also get a injen intake if you like noise, but thats about all its good for.

Those magnaflow, borla, etc. exhausts your talking about are just mufflers right? Greddy and Apexi make the only catbacks for our car right?

that is correct.

JIC also makes a cat-back, but those are rare.

quick little tip, i just got the greddy from kondo and was scraping on the 2nd resonator on almost every speed bump i come across. Went to a muffler shop and had them cut it out and pop in a straight pipe instead, so no i have the bonus of having that hump higher and the sound is amazingly deeper/louder than before. No high pitched sounds, but more like a brabus or AMG modded exhaust. Thing i was worried about was the freeway and that it might get too loud/hum but even with the 2nd resonator gone, its quiet at 3k going 80mph.

this is what i did to mine cuz i had the same problem. I would keep hitting it on high bumps.

rewelded the pip to hang a little higher. but i left the resonator in. i can recommend this. I haven't scrapped my piping since.
