that would have to be really high wattage considering your car battery is in close prox. of your headlights.?

the philips blue don't add to brightness. Not according to the HID faq listed in another thread.

They are as bright as the stock bulbs but they are blue

the are rated 55/60w, but look like 90/100w or something like that. the packaging says they suggest you upgrade your harness, but i think that is for other cars since our lights are already at 55w. i haven't had a problem them at all.

is there a difference between the osram silverstars and the sylvania ones i know they're the same brand but the bulbs look different the osram bulbs are clear the sylvania ss have a coating on the glass it looks like

i believe they are the same. the sylvania ss's weren't available in h4's until recently (last week i think flipside said)

the glass on the bulbs are different but i wonder if they per from different i have the osrams in the headlights but i dont want to upgrade the fogs until i find headlights i like so they all match

don't all sylvania ss's have blueish glass? i saw them in the store and was going to grab a pair before i realized they didn't have h4's

yeah the sylvanias have blue glass but the osrams i got from england before you could get the sylvanias are just clear glass

i guess we'll just wait for someone with sylvanias to read this thread. are the specs for them posted anywhere online? the color temperature and such?

i can't find specs for the osram ones i think the osrams are just halogen but the sylvanias are halogen/xenon
