I've tried before at 350 and like 10 secs and wasn't able to get it loose. I'll keep trying tho.

do you guys put it on a tray that you stick in the oven or just straight on the rack?

oven strait on rack, door closed, watch it closely too....use a flat head screw driver if u need to when prying it open.
