its expensive for the most part but look at the gains for the alitma (guess what one of the first mods is) 20whp & 15lb. ft torque... thats fin amazing for a shortram (serveral people dynoed and it works)

the trd supercharger cant touch that & headers....

sorry but 600 for this is well worth it.

After initially seeing iot as hard to feel the actual gais but knowing they're there, this thign definitely works.

Stock SRT 4 should pull the hell out of a stock 5spd Solara... not even 2 cars it pulled on me!

i have an 2000 sle v6 auto, and as soon as i left the shop i could feel the pull on the car... now i don't have to floor it just to accelerate quickly, i know kinda just ease up to the speed... cp-e hands down has been the best mod ive ever done to a car(performance wise)

money was never the issue, bud. i have never seen an intake for 600 dollars and i just pointed it out. i dont care about the money part, i care about performance, and if its 600, then im willing to spend the money for it. i never said anything about the intake not being worth it. if anything, im seriously considering to buy this intake.

so, for the second time, dont speak for me. ill handle my own thing, and you keep to your own business. oh wait, you have a hard time doing that.

Not that I know of, but I would love to see how that goes, especially versus something like the Injen with UPFD extension.

Theoretically, this intake with the tunable MAF Customizer would make big difference, especially after dyno-tuning a a custom fuel map for it.

Maybe some with a S-AFC or SS-FTC should tune their cars with the Injen SRI w/ UPFD CAE. . . Basically the CP-E is a tuned intake so for that price makes it really cheap if you think about it. . . I am just curious on the results on a tuned Injen intake w. CAE vs CP-E

Yeah, cheap compared to buying the Injen Short Ram + the UFPD Extension + an SAFC or similar tuner + dyno time to tune it (since CP-E MAF Customizer comes pre-programmed for the Solara).

It's just a guess, but it would seem that in the end you might get similar results, with the exception of how the 3.5" pipe affects the equation, which is a big exception. With 3/4" of extra diameter for air flow, it's gulping huge amounts of air over the smaller pipe.

The problem I see for an SC would be we get lots of air and not enough fuel, even when it's tuned for more fuel. N/A would see the best gains, SC owners would still have to solve the fuel problem first before getting the most out of this intake. That's probably why you don't see any SC owners jumping on this becuase that's the first problem we see, we run lean as it is... My 2 cents.

Being S/C will just make you spend more money no matter what. . . hahaha so yeah that basically sucks how car modding is. . . one part will always lead to more things. . . it will never end
