I was getting concerned that Black Cat hasn't replied to my latest email. I shot them another one yesterday. This is the reply I got.

So you know, we are really backlogged right now, so it may be a couple of
weeks before we can get to your job. This is usually a slow time of year,
but the holidays were extremely busy, and it's carried over into the new
year, so the sooner your cluster gets here, the sooner we can get this
going.
