Installation should only take 30 to 45 minutes. Its how tight those bolts are rusted thats the question.

woo hoo, got mine today also. Hey, do you guys know that that smell is? it seems to be some lubricant or something... the pipe is like squeaky...

and... i'm gonna initially install w/o the o2 sensor fix. The only effect this will have on my car is that the CEL will come on right? THe car won't mess up the air/fuel ratio or anything like that to compensate for no cat?

There shouldnt be any weld issues. If your talking about the bend its okay. Trust me its ok :)

Not gonna lie, there is only 1 weld that may be a problem...but I stress MAY be and not surely a problem...I am pleased with the overall quality, and I know how to weld, and mine has just 1 that is questionable...I did not say that it was bad, I am pleased with the quality overall.

The 1 weld is before the flex pipe, but it should NOT be a problem. Thanks dat.

Not when you have to hack up a custom exhaust and add extra flanges.

Smells just the new coating getting use to the heat. Itll go away over time. Then Youll start to smell the true smell of fuel because you have no Cat.

CEL will throw your car into limp mode. Youll loose alittle bit of power because the car thinks its broken.

They are not quite the perfect innner diameter (a little small but it won't hurt a thing) but the bolt pattern is perfect and you can use some nice m 10 X 30mm bolts. And sense they are for a catalytic converter they should be able to take a thermal beating.
