no they say that it cuts the shifter throw by 60%, and cuts the height by about 2 inches, depending on the model of the car...

I ordered my short shifter from these people today.. it will probably be next weekend before I can post the feel of it and stuff... ill get some pics up.. ill also put the ones of my swap..
ps. I may need some info/help on posting pics.. I havn't really done it before

yeah its a stainless steel knob... and it would clash w\ my interior.. so I am just going to use the OEM shift knob
