7.5 should have a 42 offset. 45 offset is cutting close. you may need a 2mm spacer for the rear, but the fornt will be fine...

not the max, but with my experience with 7.5" width with 45 offset your just cutting it close. also depending on the tires your getting. I know that 225/40 was giving me a little bit of rubbing with my old set. i used a 2mm spacer to keep it away from the struts.

right now i have 42offset with 225 tires and i dont have a problem. its about 3 to 4 mm away from strut. right now i just adde a 2mm spacer inthe rear just to push out the rims a little bit to make it look more flush. so its sitting about 5 to 6 mm away from the struts.

would this be problem to 18" wheels w/225/40 too? or it's another story?

it wouldn't matter if it was 15 or even 18... since the offset is how far the wheel will sit inward or outward...

its going to be the same
