Help with indiglo gauge install!

Postby toy4x4boy » Fri Sep 17, 2004 2:44 pm

I'm trying to install my gauges that I just got and I have the install instructions that were posted in the tutorials but mine are slightly different. Coming off the inverter there are 4 plugs (but 3 plugs from the gauges) and a red wire and a black wire, in the same loom. Why are there 4 plugs and is the red wire go to the power source and the black to ground and 1 plug doesn't get used??? I don't get it. Help asap! Thanks!

Yep you are right on! I also had 4 and only used 3. The red is power and black ground.

Call me if you need something. PM me for the number.

I figured it out, thanks though! Total install time = just under 1 hour! VERY EASY to do and it looks bad! Can't wait to see it tonight in the dark! :drinking:
