all the solara upper grills ive seen ( on here and everywhere else) all look the same. Its either gutter gard chicken wire or a painted shaved or unshaved OEM grill.....I like them and think that they all look good but it does not scratch my itch.

Over the next couple days i will be designing plans for my grill. if any of you have pics of something extrordinary, please post them. I need some 'out of the box' ideas

i feel the same way. fiberglass over the grill area and make it flat. theres an idea or mold up a front bumper that extends past the headlights from the grills width. like a skyline. have a large rectangle between the headlights and mold in some air ducts on the side.

ya, you know, its hard to do something totally original. If you do, it usually costs losts of money and trial and error time. I may just strip off the chrome and paint it flat black leaving the chrome emblem....but like i said, im not sure yet.
