IIRC, that is the only CAI or CA induction there is out for our cars.

How big of a difference will someone see with a CAI vs. a drop-in highflow like a K&N?

Well out of all of the CAI for our cars, I think AEM makes the best.

Oh wait...thats right, there's only the Injen with the custom extension.

What Flash was trying to say is that nobody manufactures a CAI for the 1mzfe (our V6). Most (if not all) people that have a CAI on their 1mz (V6), it's just the Injen short ram intake with a 'custom' extension that relocates the air filter to behind the driver side fog light. There was someone here that used to make them, but I guess he stopped production. But it's a custom job for a CAI for the 1MZ. Sorry dude.

So basically if you want a Cold Air Intake (CAI) for your ride . . . buy the Injen Short Ram Intake (SRI) http://www.injen.com/toyota.html and then you have to buy the "CUSTOM" CAI extension from UPFD http://www.upfd.com/.

I think the "CUSTOM" CAI extension will cost you around $95.00 and the Injen SRI will be around $208.00 - $250.00.

This should sum everything up. Shoootz den.

All I know is you might get 3-4 HP from the drop-in. It's probably less.

if i remember correctly, Under Pressure, the company that makes the 'custom' extension, asked me if i wanted both the Injen Intake plus the extension or just the extension when i talked with them over the phone. so i'm assuming they'll sell you both the Injen plus the extension, if you wanted to do it all in one shot, instead of ordering twice. (don't know about price tho). josh
