coilover sytems should last the life of a few cars.

its how you use it that determines the life expectancy.

fyi, mine have been worked through a lot and they still hold up as if they are new.

by the way Mole . . . did you ever drop your baby to the ground? if you did, was the ride compromised any at that height? i know you said don't get it unless you're hardcore, but i am seriously contemplatin the JIC FLT-A2 coilovers over the Tein SS coilovers. lataz

i was unable to go to SLAM! height due to the size of my wheels, however im sure members who've seen my ride before can vouch how low it gets.

due to the FLT-A2 inverted monotube's design, there can be no bottoming out, so the only limit is the tire hitting the fender or the top of the wheel well.

at any of my height, no ride quality was comprimised. partly being super stiff as well.

its not fun tunning the suspension.

My TEIN SS ride awesome! It needs some fine tuning as the weather changes (warm/cold) to keep the handling great... other than that they feel new. The strut mounts, however, are starting to give... (stock ones)
